Support responded this week, confirming that they're working on the technical issue that I raised.
They also said that they're not limiting support availability to certain days of the week/month - but they do have a significant backlog at the moment, hence the delay.

I came across this thread last week, and tried to log onto the replacement platform with what I believed to be my details. This was unsuccessful. What is a bit of a concern is that I did not receive the email of the 22nd August. I contacted support and they indicated that if the email I believe to be in use no longer works they will need to take me through security. Am still waiting on a follow up in that respect. One of my concerns is that they know the email address I cited to them is wrong (in their eyes) but I believe it to be correct and have received a BLN loan recovery email as recently as June through that email. Anyone want to hazard a guess as to what is going on, other than that the email address has been changed without my permission?

I've tried the reset and am getting an "Email address not registered on the site" message. Yes, that does sound like the same technical issue that I mentioned above. It took 2-3 weeks for them to get back to me to perform the security check - but it's been another 2-3 weeks since I passed that, and they still haven't fixed the issue yet. I can think of only two likely causes for them not having the correct email address associated with my account - either BLN erroneously changed my email address before the migration, or REBS didn't migrate my email address to the new platform correctly. As for why they haven't corrected my email address yet, that's a problem with the new platform which they're trying to fix (which might have the same underlying cause as the potential migration error).
