I don’t know why the Fashion for Relief (1159995)has not been struck down by the gov. Fashion for Relief was removed from the register of charities on 15 March 2024. I hope the news would stop people donating money to this mysterious charity, it hasn’t published the impact for the charity made on their web site. One of their partners is Care International UK (292506), now they are doing Gaza humanitarian crisis appeal, it claims the money reached 167 Million people in 2023 over 1671 projects. www.careinternational.org.uk/I think the charity commission is doing a good job in policing and shutting down rogue charities ( we had one near here where the founder / chief exec and the CFP ( founders wife ) were taking over 95% of the annual income in expenses and salaries ( IIRC the chief execs salary was nearly 2/3 of the income )

😅
Fashion for Relief website is still operational, definitely not struck down by the gov.
I have no idea if the trustee bank account is still operational?
May be the solicitors and accountants have better idea where the money is being transferred

😅 Fashion for Relief website is still operational, definitely not struck down by the gov. Digital archeology, no more. The website starts "COVID 19 URGENT APPEAL - With the UK under lockdown..."
Click on the donate button, it goes to the Mayor's Fund for London, to a long-closed page. mayorsfundforlondon.enthuse.com/cf/covid-19-appealLower down "An exclusive inside look at our spectacular London 2019 event"Quite probably just working out the rest of a pre-paid hosting account, and nobody's bothered to actively turn it off. Yet. It'll go when the pennies run out in the meter. Nobody was exactly doing much with it in the first place. Their last Insta post was December 2020. Their last FB post December 2019. Somebody with a twix account can tell you how unused that is.

Exactly, not running out of pennies yet, so bank account is operational as well.

Exactly, not running out of pennies yet, so bank account is operational as well. Or the renewal was paid for a year or two before it all hit the fan six months ago.
