I read their email differently: namely that withdrawls from PPE and CPM (?) were treated as separate things, but in each case a withdrawl request was for the whole balance of that particular pot. 'CMP withdrawals will be processed ahead of PPE withdrawals, therefore you may see CMP withdrawals processed and PPE balances unchanged.' Thanks. For the benefit of others that's not from Kroll's email but from the BLN email (received by me on 19 July), which I failed to read properly. The full text is as follows: Please accept this email as confirmation, your BLN account has been verified and approved for withdrawal requests. Withdrawal requests will be processed over the coming days for all received requests, if you have not already submitted a withdrawal request please submit a request via the platform. Please note the full amount of CMP/PPE balance will be processed and there is no need to specify an amount for requests. CMP withdrawals will be processed ahead of PPE withdrawals, therefore you may see CMP withdrawals processed and PPE balances unchanged. There is no need to submit a further withdrawal request for PPE funds and will be processed as soon as possible. [emphasis added] We thank you for your assistance and patience during this time. Does anyone know where we can see a history of our withdrawals, including pending withdrawals?
I can't this ANYWHERE on their site.
There's no list of pending withdrawals, as such. However, you can find a history of withdrawal requests in your Mailbox. Go to the Mailbox, then click on Sent. Clicking on a message will show you its contents and the exact time that it was sent. You can see recent processed withdrawals via the relevant View Transactions button (used to be the one below Cash, now the ones below CMP Balance and PPE Balance). Either scroll through to find the withdrawals or copy and paste into a spreadsheet then apply a filter. For a longer history of processed withdrawals, go to the Reporting module, select the Nominal Ledger tab, choose Root Account = Current Assets, choose your dates, then Fetch. This takes a while but was working when tested this morning. Withdrawals will be in the account "Bank Cleared". Either scroll through to find them or click the button to download in Excel format and work with the download. Some notes on Nominal Ledger reports: - You have to Fetch a report before you can download it.
- You can Fetch a report for All Root Accounts if you want to, but it will take longer.
- Likewise a report for All Time will take longer than one for selected dates.
- A report for All Root Accounts for All Time may fail (time out) if you have a great many transactions.
- If you are only interested in withdrawals, it should make no difference whether you ask for a report by Creation Date or Accounting Date. For withdrawals they are one and the same.

My 6th June request has been partly actioned - the CMP balance has been returned to my bank account, but the PPE balance remains with TC.
The amount returned was less than I asked for

Likewise. It's nigh on impossible to track / manage this at the moment .

EDIT: i wonder how long it is going to take them to reply to my email..... DOUBLE EDIT: I'm not losing my marbles, it is still the same as always username isn't it ? They haven't issued us with new un's and I'm having a senior moment and forgotten ?

I used to use the reporting function all the time to track my payments received, but it is making no sense now. My last withdrawal was on 26th March, to bring my then balance to zero. However that withsrawal now shows my balance as -£192, with all the repayment debits and then retention credits since then netting to a zero balance today but without any record of anything actually being paid to me. I'm guessing that emailing is pointless at this point if other people are still waiting on their payments?

My CMP balance was returned a few days ago. My PPE balance is now also showing as having been repaid, but I still have a balance on PPE from cash receipts on the same day as it was repaid.

CMP back a few days ago; PPE left my TC a/c last week but still not credited to my bank a/c.

It seems that when PPE withdrawal requests are processed the amount repaid is the PPE balance on the day before processing. At least, that fits what I got.
BLN Admin have confirmed to me that, as further receipts come in, withdrawal won't happen automatically. Lenders will need to make requests to withdraw them. They "anticipate a further week before withdrawal requests and processing return to pre administration timescales" - by which time, presumably, the backlog will have been cleared.
