Does anyone have any further information about Coconut Airways (AKA ranchos huevos)? I sent an email on the BLN platform following the optimistic 26 April 2023 update but have had no response nor further update. I seem to recall another platform where these confidential matters were discussed but cannot remember the link or my log on details. Any info gratefully received.

I requested a withdrawal of just over £200 on 8/8/23. It's now two weeks later and no funds have arrived.
Does anyone know how long BLN are taking to process such requests these days?

I don't have any inside track on this. If you have access to the private board, see recent posts in this thread for a possible explanation: p2pindependentforum.com/thread/19637/esf-sitting-on-payments-tcIn brief, there are reports going back to mid June of a "system issue" that was being looked into "urgently". One of the affected lenders was told yesterday that their request for payment had not been actioned because "Apparently I owe them, because at some time in the past they passed money onto me without deducting their 25%." If this is the case for one lender it is likely to be the case for lots of us. Some communication would be good, though. I will ask, more in hope than expectation... |

Did we actually ever get an email giving a breakdown ? I do recall the email of 2 (?) months ago which talked about settlements which were in abeyance until time elapsed for any complaints to be raised. The amount in my account looks like it might be circa 10% of my NG exposure: though to be fair I've lost a bit of track of what has been previously recovered/paid back and what hasn't.

Absent any further update, I was expecting we would receive amounts based on the 17 May update. In total Alison and I have received approximately 2/3 of the amounts we were expecting, with some significant ups and downs. On one loan where we were expecting a substantial distribution we have received nothing. I suppose they might not have done that one yet. I will be writing to request an update explaining the distributions made and what's still outstanding. If what we've actually received is not consistent with that update (if and when it's issued) I will write again...

They appear to have re-done the numbers. Our accounts had a lot of addiitional posts on Friday 1/9. Following those posts the numbers are a lot closer to what I was expecting, and very slightly up overall. I will still be writing to them today, though.

Umm, well I've just tried logging into my account, and its telling me invalid Username/Password combination. Anyone else having problems ?Now in. Clearly a site glitch. If only that was the worst of our problems
