And Access is STILL on the 12th March. Yes looks like a case of "Beware the Ides of March" on the 15th, traditionally a date all Romans wanted their debts settled. It was a duff day for Caesar as well.

Access is STILL on the same release request that it was over a week ago...

Well I meant that my release request in Access was partially released over a week ago with less than £600 remaining, and has not yet completed, so there has been absolutely no cash released on Access for over a week, or they work on more than one request at once.

Its an interesting twist, so I assume you have no access to the currently released amount? In which case it casts doubt on the message that you are still earning interest whilst in the queue. Have you contacted them? I find it hard to believe no more has been released in that time scale. Sorry that's a lot of questions, only idle curiosity really.

The partially released amount becomes available to withdraw, so it is back in my bank account now.
I did call them, and as expected they didn't really say anything. Couldn't tell me about the queue because they can't see the queue. When I pressed more than once saying that this implies that there has been no release in Access for over a week, when they claim to have released £3.4m across the products, the CS rep just said that the Access market is quite small compared to the others.
I pressed again and was told that it might be a week, two weeks, until the rest is released, they are unable to tell. So, I needed to make the phone call, but as expected I learned pretty much nothing.

What can I do other than continue to wait like the rest of us? I'm now happy that I've got most of my money out, and if the rest takes one day, one week, five years to come out, with or without a capital loss, I'll be pretty much unscathed. I was just posting to inform others of the situation.

johnson9 Thanks for sharing the updates. It is indeed worrying and throws up a lot of questions which RS probably can't afford to answer publicly. My Access funds continue to be in the queue

it is bad but i agree. 12th march for access suggests there must be a mountain to climb until the 16th ... especially as they released over 50 million and 20 million cancelled.

This is very worrying!! Even if the queue does not move very quickly, it should move (even if it is £1 per day).

May be I am misunderstanding something - Johnson9 has a a partially released request that is now a week old. I am assuming that until he/she is repaid that there is no progress to the next in queue? Johnson9 is therefore providing us with information which indicates that there is NO movement in RYI queue for access. That would be a very worrying development, as my expectation is that the queue (or in this instance, Johnson 9's RYI request itself) will always move forward. Zero progress would be an alarming signal.

Well, make of the timing what you will, but my release request 374027 just completed, having not moved by a single penny for over a week.
