While I'm pleased for those of you getting your money back, it feels a bit upside down that money is easier/faster to release from the "5 year" market than from the so-called "Access" market! A bug from the change from "Rolling", I suppose.
Puzzled by the numbers in the article above - suggests most of the withdrawals from the week of 9-13 March should have been processed by now, doesn't seem that way. Ah well, I don't need it urgently, I just need it eventually. Maybe a couple of things causing that. Firstly the rates in the 5 year market tend to be higher so anyone wanting to RYI some cash is more likely to take it from the lower paying access market. Secondly its free to RYI from the access market but there is a fee involved to RYI from the 5 year. Both of these probably contribute to a smaller 5 year queue than for the access market.

Just tested RYI in my Everyday account.
1 year and 5 year.
Initially an error message is received.
Then a dialogue box pops up and says 'please wait' in a circle symbol.
Then after quite a pause, so be patient- the quote appears and allows you to proceed. 'Nope, 100% still broken. Been trying to release investments for several days now.' Just tested 1 year and it allowed RYI.I tested the I year ISA and that worked last night.

Still waiting for my Access and 1 year requests submitted in the morning of the 11th.
Good news is I spoke to them on the phone yesterday and they confirmed they were working through the 10th at that point.
This ‘middle of the week’ reference could hopefully elude to somewhere between late Tuesday the 10th and early 11th.

I just had an RYI for the 5 year from 13/03 complete. An RYI for Plus on the same date is still outstanding.

I would hope the large number of repayments due tomorrow (1st) will allow a good chunk of RYIs to be processed.

Agreed, although each Tuesday has been at least as large as the Monday so I wonder if there is a lag in its systems ie 2/4 may be larger than 1/4?
I wish they'd give more detail than the middle of the week which appears to include Tuesday - the day they're working through would be better.

O.K. Ratesetter.Appreciate you are managing your business with care.Times are difficult. You say many investors are still using RS for their deposits. And that the peak of "withdrawal requests "peaked some weeks ago. So,PLEASE,on your daily updates of released funds ( which is appreciated ) ,can we know where "we" are in the process. What date have we reached i.e. what withdrawal request date have you reached. Many Thanks

Probably best to rely on posters here updating the status of their individual RYI requests as they get released. For whatever reason, RS seem reluctant to do the same for the different queues being progressed.
I'm only talking about Access here - if I'm not wrong, the latest was from the 10th and we haven't had any from the 11th yet.

Yes. A graph of "amount requested" and "amount delivered" by date should be easy to produce. That it hasn't been suggests that the answer would cause more fears than it allayed.
