Good evening all. Today we have delivered £1.0m. We delivered £0.5m on Saturday and that has added onto last week's delivery figure in the full update below:
Following the start of the Covid-19 outbreak in the UK, we saw an increase in investment release requests, peaking on 16th March and then falling back to normal levels over subsequent weeks. We have delivered £128.5 million of release requests since the start of the outbreak.
We are very sorry it is taking longer than usual to process requests. We are continuing to deliver as many requests as possible every day, processing requests in chronological order in each market, with daily delivery determined by the supply of funds within that market. We are currently working on requests made on 16th March in Access, Plus and Max; and 20th October in the 5 Year market. Processing in the 1 Year market is up to date.
£47.0 million of release requests have been cancelled or reduced. You can cancel or reduce a request within your account dashboard, or you can email us at invest@ratesetter.com.
