It is bad enough when borrowers don't reply to questions in their discussion section but disappointing that REBS don't have something in place to highlight when they need to respond. A case in point is www.rebuildingsociety.com/marketplace/?appID=230140 which points out errors in the payment date records made by REBS Prompt attention would be appreciated. Thanks LW * I presume including the link is within the rules as even though it identifies the company (to rebs members) the criticism in this instance is of REBS process not the borrower.

I am a lender on this very loan.
It seems from day one there has been excuse after excuse.
It also seems to me that we are being ignored as a lot of questions remain unanswered. Ladywhitenap yours just being one.
Feedback whether we like the news or not is very important.
I noticed that another P2P company reads these forums and hence has started producing weekly reports which i think are excellent.
There is a way forward and that is not to treat your lenders with contempt

I had hoped that this was the case and provides a sensible way ahead for other discussions rather than try to decrypt initial letters and count asterisks. I still hope one day for a Rebs specific forum in which we would not have to be so coy but for now this forum will have to do. LW

Noted, the improvements to the Forums are high on the task list. There are some regulatory developments that are taking priority at the moment.
I like the idea of sending a weekly statement of peoples account. I'll work on something to help keep people updated on their loans.

But are still ignoring Ladywhitenap's question.
Very interesting

Thank you for the reply.
But the question remains unanswered .
It is easy for them to reply they do not have to answer on this forum. They can do it on the questions and answers on the discussion page on the loan mentioned by Ladywhitenap.

Rebs members who are involved with this loan will have received a direct email answering this question today.
For the benefit of others, the procedure adopted is that only when a repayment is over 7 days late, is it formally shown as late on the repayment history.
