I replied to the direct questions before, but let me know if I missed anything. I think there is just one of my points that would benefit from some clarification: High turnover of directors, with 6 resigning mid 2017 and 1 mid 2018 with 1 appointment mid 2017 and 2 appointment mid 2018. Would be interesting to know the reasons for this.

I agree with McLondon. I've had a look at few bonds and the one I feel are safer are lower rate.
And the highest interest ones like this credit one I'm unable to value it.
To put perspective on it, I feel much better putting my money on a lendy or FS on asset I'm able to value (eg. London property) and for which I know in case of default the security will sell at decent price.
I somehow know the loss should be limited... Unless there are some obvious negligence such hidden charge, structural damage or some odd restriction not mentioned.
So if I find a low LTV bridging loan I'm able to value I'd definitely invest in p2p and not in WA!
Now, when I want to invest in the consumer credit market, I'll go through platform such as Mintos which allow me to spread risk across many lenders and still give me 12% return. Which feel safer than putting load of ££ in 1 lender.

I can't comment on this but the company has been growing through acquiring similar companies and I imagine there is always going to be management reshuffling in these instances.

Well the HOF bonds were certainly low maintenance. I just had to sit and do nothing, whilst watching their value crash by 80%.

I consider this extremely high risk compared to a platform like ratesetter where funds are protected by a provision fund. But i guess if the reward at the end is worth it ? Also selling out back into cash looks somewhat complicated as i cannot see any sell button.

Also selling out back into cash looks somewhat complicated as i cannot see any sell button. The 'Sell' button is enabled on request. (Don't know why WA do it this way, but they do. Or at least, they had to for me a while back.) Selling isn't complicated, but as with any SM it requires a willing counter-party.

Pretty sure the answer is no as when you click sell the money is put back in at the note rate with the rest if there is any left from an original offer. But you may get a quicker sell if the note has sold out as there could be somebody waiting
