The theft comes if we don't get at least 90% on exit.
Absolute shower of bandits. As you say, we invested in one thing and then they changed it completely.
In fact, come to think of it, anything less that a 100% exit offer WILL be theft.

Sorry you all got stuck in this. I took my money and ran when offered. It was around a 25% haircut (about 18k) but in hindsight it was the right decision. It was obvious to me that anything property moose were even loosely involved in would end up in disaster.
Best of luck to you all, hope you see most of your money back. Maybe rising property prices will have helped lift the pathetic investments PM and their “experts” made.

Another monthly update out. It sounds like we're getting closer to an exit route being possible. Far closer, by the look of it. Yet they're still branding as PLC, despite having changed to a private limited in September. Email just sent to them, in reply to the latest update: Let's see if I get anything back.

Let's see if I get anything back. I've just had a phone call from Andrew Gardner, and a good chat - and that's after I was out when he first called yesterday. Full marks for responsiveness. I will apparently be getting a written reply, but the phone call was a first follow-up. The Ltd/PLC confusion is simple human error - it got missed, and will be corrected. As far as the future goes, I'm not going to give detail - and the conversation wasn't that detailed or deeply confidential anyway - but it accorded with the updates, and I'm comfortable that we're moving to the end of this chapter of the PM/UKDP story.

Has anyone else received emails asking for bank details via docusign, in lieu of the loan notes? Looks legit to be fair, just being cautious... - I thought the old PM website was kept alive to avoid this / assist with any final payments.
