I havent noticed a problem myself (using IE 11), it certainly was p.poor some months back but it was improved and seemed to get better. Could just be me though, maybe I'm thinking tectonically these days.

Slower than a tortoise with a bag of sugar on its shell.

Bear with it: the updates to balances are vastly more responsive than (eg.) Zopa and any resources allocated to website service responsivity will be diverted from something else such as moving completed loans along swiftly and opening them to the secondary market.

I regularly login and have not notices any undue delay. I have just logged in and the entire process from selecting the link to completing logon took less than 10 seconds. Pity there is not much happening on the site at present.

Hi All, We're aware of this issue affecting some users. We're looking at ways to make it faster for users, but the delay is caused by the constant updating of user balances that are made by the platform, as @twadgerbadger2 points out. bob2014 - it's been a frustrating couple of weeks for us! We've got 2 more coming on today/tomorrow.

Using Windows 7 + IE11 and occasionally Chrome and connection via Virgin Media. Just logged in again in sub 10 seconds. Looking forward to the new loans - thanks.

Does anyone else find RBS login glacial? It currently takes me approximately 3-4mins to login and a further 4-5 mins to get to my dashboard. Thereafter, accessing individual loan pages is relatively quick.
I use Safari, Chrome and Firefox across the various PC's I use to access the site but there isn't a notable difference in the time it takes to get to my dashboard, typically just under 10 mins!!!!
Can anyone give tips on where I may be going wrong or ways to speed up the process. The delay appears to be associated with the server checking my login details - I have tried deleting cache etc but this doesn't help. I love RBS, but the frustration in the time it takes to get to where I want to get to on the website is making me reconsider using RBS.

I haven't had a problem for months. Using IE11 and windows7- logs in within a second or so. Cant suggest much - try a different pc in your house, try it from somewhere else with your own pc......

I'm on Chrome and have now got into the habit of logging in and then going and do something else eg make some tea and when i come back its loaded. Dashboard takes ages to load even if logged on.
Doesn't happen on any other site so it is a problem at Rebs not my end but they are clearly in no hurry to fix it

It's shockingly slow for me. Dashboard takes ages to load. Trying to do business when you want to flit about from screen to screen is very frustrating. I get frustrated every time I use the ReBS website. When you consider all the massive websites out there that load in a split second, it must be fixable.

nickrebuildings - have you tried logging in to a couple of the accounts above which show naff performance, and say mine and another which seems OK, and do you get same results ? Seems like it must be environmental to me but yourselves are the best ones to prove this one way or the other. If all gave the same performance on 1 machine it gotta be environmental, if they differ, it must be something in those accounts.
