I can see this being transfer deadline day, with frantic deals done up to the stroke of midnight!
I just hope the servers can cope!
I expect that some will be waiting for one last rent payment before selling, while others will be poised ready to pounce at the right price.
Good luck everyone & RIP SM!
And we may already have bargain of the day (SPV81 @ £9.20). If I had funds, I would probably go for this, but I don't & already invested in it. Looks like it is Quarterly payments 15 weeks in arrears on this one folks (FYI, in case you are not already in on it & have not seen the posts on here).

Sadly didn't shift all I was able to list for sale, though I'd still be locked in to PM at this point with SPV75 anyway. I eagerly await these bespoke exit plans. So far PM has been profitable for me but a significant proportion of my gains have been eaten up by pricing to sell quickly. Time will tell whether I made the right choice or not. Good luck to everyone still along for the ride.

The question is, if a site outside the EU/EEA/similar was to offer to host a place where someone could post "anyone interested in buying SPV 123" (basically what we did on the SM) & then someone was to reply "Might be interested", then via PM they agreed the price & numbers, shared whatever identifier PM required, then both emailed PM from their registered email addresses with a specific share transfer instruction including their identification required by PM, the other person's identifier mentioned above, how many they wished to buy/sell & how much they expect to pay/receive, could propertymoose execute such an instruction provided the emails matched? I would assume that the 2% fee would need to be paid again by the buyer & acceptance of this would need confirmed in their email. It would be better if PM had a secure form for submitting the instructions (asking folk to confirm identity by email is really silly - it puts those details & thus future verification at risk - I love the quote "If you wouldn't write it on a postcard, don't write it in an email"). Can anyone tell that I miss the SM?

Happy to have sold 80% of my holding in recent times (half before the 'announcement').
Will obviously hang on to the rest for now - and well, it looks better than the stuff I have to hang on to at FS, Lendy.....oh and yes, that other place.
