I have compared the title numbers and they are the same. I appreciate it is the borrowers responsibility to register a statement of satisfaction form MR04 however shouldn't BC be insisting upon this? This goes beyond any little knowledge I have on the subject.
Perhaps someone in this loan can ask BC??
If not I will but I am not in this loan.

There's a load of good information on this one at companies house now. Since the administrators have been involved the Lancashire mortgage charge has been marked as satisfied; I've been led to believe that the CH charges can often be inaccurate as the accurate list of charges on land is actually held by the land registry. Standard government disorganisation means that information isn't shared properly between the two departments. Administrators report looks to have lifted their expected sale value of the land from the BC 90 day valuation at £1.55M with BCs estimated claim now at £1.06M. If all goes well, this should hopefully be sold at a price to repay all capital and interest.
