WHERE DO i FIND THIS UPDATE ? There is a tab labelled 'updates' at the top of the individual loan page or click on 'support' in the menu at the top and there is a full list of all updates for non BPF loans.

Presumably the BPF ones will follow suit once TheThings get this fully populated. I know that there are posts on here, but the information should also be on the platform for the (tiny probably) group of MT investors who don't read here.

We do also post all the BPF updates on the platform at the bottom of the loan particulars. We will however be moving them across to the updates tab over the next few days. Regards, Ed.

MoneyThing, further to today's announcement that " LSH have valued the property at £1.1m (on a fully let basis). LSH will be starting negotiations with TFL early in the new year", can you please comment as to why this has come in so far below the original £1.5m valuation (vacant possession basis)? Thanks.

Phew - I was panicking that the original VR had been way over-optimistic and was debating selling off my share. Very glad I didn't now, even before today's news I considered this one of the strongest loans of its type on MT (or the wider P2P market, even)

Currently in arrears, and hence classified as non-performing.

I'm surprised to see this has gone in to arrears. The asset seems fairly cash generative and reasonably low LTV - particularly against the most recent valuation.

I think this is one of the safest loan on the platform given the LTV and the fact that the value seems to have been agreed under the compulsory purchase. The only uncertainty is timing of completion, but the current maturity of Jan 2020 does not look unreasonable. Whilst late payment of interest is always a concern, the relatively clear path to exit and comfortable valuation has made me top up my holdings.

Is this just panic of the day or indicative of a deeper problem I wonder?
I can't see much of an issue, even if the borrower doesn't bring the arrears up to date. We aren't told how much the agreed price is, assuming in line with the latest valuation repayment of the loan and interest would not be an issue. The interest will continue to accrue and should be paid on completion of the CPO. Even better if it accrues at higher default rates.
Obviously not good for anyone relying on the monthly interest to be paid out. Still seems fine as long as lenders happy for the interest to accrue. What am I missing?

Ca 15k invested in the last 2h. Seems it takes more than a missing payment to dent confidence in this loan.
