Don't tell everyone. I'm managing to pick a few bits & pieces up and can do without competition thank you . As said though a fie few small amounts going through the SM this afternoon so options available if you are looking to diversify a bit.

Indeed I actually managed to pick up a few odds and sods too. Been the most productive day so far this year!

For me too, got few bits of art and 2 managed portfolios electronics so I don't have to fight for the crumbs of the latter tomorrow and weeks time.

Some bits of artwork currently available (not mine) seem to be hanging around. Some optimistic seller. (S)he has taken most of the interest and now wants to unload the risk. Not for me, thanks.

On the other hand, the first wave of the art loans (same borrower) all renewed just before Xmas so it would be reasonable to hope the second wave will too.

Will skip on the art work too although would guess that they would renew as the others ones did and think from same borrower, they will sell as seen a fair bit of art work moving on secondary market only have a small amount in each myself as not keen on art

Renewing is all very well but I am more concerned with repaying.

Hmm. Googling some of these seems to show an LTV over 100% so not for me. I remember some people originally were comparing the prices of limited edition prints, whereas the MT loans are against the originals. See p2pindependentforum.com/post/52635/thread

No bots on SM... Loans lingering for minutes... nobody wanted JJ A**** art earlier this morning, nobody wants Annex now... I don't want them either because I have my allocation already.

I wonder how much the MT SM suffers from the fact that lenders have to have real money in their accounts (shock, horror) before they can buy something? I'm sure the SS 'buy now, pay later' approach is one of the reasons that their SM is so liquid.
This is the one improvement I would like to see MT make to bring them up to the same level of convenience as SS.
Having said that, loan parts on the MT SM still don't hang around particularly long. I just wish there was more available as I'm trying to get a bit more invested on the platform.
I was happy to grab a chunk of the Annex but I left the art as I don't understand it.
