Yes a pleasant surprise for me I had a slight increase is expected monthly interest in the middle of the month and on the 15th the payment was higher than had been forecast.

My forecast payment for next month has jumped to an annualised equivalent of 11.25%.
I'll be adding to my investment in the new ISA season.
EDIT: That would be an XIRR of 11.85%.

Yes mine has gone up significantly as well, so it doesn't seem to be a one off debt sale or anything like that. Edit: Meant to like Ace's post, NOT mine! Now liked Ace, but I don't think I can unlike mine.

A pleasant surprise but I can't figure out why, my projected interest for next month is 15% higher than previous months, it does fluctuate a little but never this much.

Back in Elfin again, 3 year product
1st month's int. payment was 33 days at 6.5% aer. Why is it so low and is it going to increase?

1st month is usually lower like any other p2p platform. It takes time to deploy your money, your xirr will eventually catch up. IIRC, my 1st month interest payment was about 2.9% about 6 months ago. My interest payment in May is 0.85% of the total amount invested
